General

Your personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our web pages. If links on our pages route you to other pages, please inquire there about how your data are handled in such cases.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to a newsletter on this website. When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be saved for  advertising purposes and used to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe from it. I routinely transfer this data to Sendinblue, my email provider, to create, supplement and maintain the mailing lists which I use to communicate with you. By submitting your personal data, you consent to this. Sendinblue is a German company: „Sendinblue GmbH“, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Your e-mail address, the date of your registration and the IP address used are stored on Sendinblue’s servers in Germany. Sendinblue uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on my behalf.
Sendinblue also uses the data to optimize its own service, but will under no circumstances pass it on or write to subscribers itself. The processor contract concluded with Sendinblue, in which Sendinblue undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses defined by the EU Commission, and the server location in Germany ensure compliance with the GDPR. Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer to enable analysis of website usage by you. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIP()”, IP addresses being truncated before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons.
